Ordering
Policies & PaymentsYour start date is the first day you need to use the gear. Your return date is the last day you need the gear. We recommend scheduling your pickup a day or two before your actual shoot to give yourself a buffer in case of unexpected delays.
Note: All rental dates are final, and no refunds are given for early returns.
We accept:
- All major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover)
- PayPal
- Buy Now, Pay Later options such as Affirm or Afterpay
We do not accept checks, prepaid cards, or gift cards at this time.
All rentals must be paid in full at the time of pick up. If you cannot complete payment, we will not release the gear.
Identity verification helps us prevent fraud and protect both our customers and our business. Approval is usually instant, but it may take 24–48 hours for us to finalize.
In some cases, we may need additional information. If we cannot reach you in time or verify your details, your order may be cancelled. We also reserve the right to cancel any order if sufficient verification cannot be achieved.
Yes. Depending on the value of the equipment, we may require a security deposit for high-value gear. This deposit protects us in the event of damage, loss, or other issues. If no damage or loss occurs and you return your gear on time, the deposit is fully released.
For high-value rentals, we may ask for a certificate of insurance that covers the replacement value of the gear in your order. This certificate must name 360ism as an additional loss payee.
If you do not carry rental insurance, you’ll need to obtain an independent policy. We may still require insurance even if you’ve purchased our damage protection, particularly when theft or loss is a concern.
Yes, provided we have available inventory. However, it is usually more cost-effective to select a slightly longer rental period at the outset and return the gear on time, rather than renting for fewer days and paying extra for an extension. This also helps us manage future reservations.
If you realize you’ll be late returning your gear, contact us immediately to arrange an extension. We send a reminder email the day before your scheduled return. If we do not hear from you and the gear is not returned on time, late fees may apply.
Late fees are calculated as a percentage of the initial rental rate and are charged per day the gear is overdue. If a late return creates scheduling issues for another customer, you may also be responsible for any additional costs we incur to accommodate them.
If we receive no communication from you and an extension is not approved, we may be forced to pursue the full replacement value of the gear. Non-return of equipment is inexcusable, and we will take all necessary legal or civil actions to recover our losses.
